Feeding:
Valerie was fed with 120 to 140ml 3 hourly. I direct feed her at 10pm as her last milk before sleep. She accepts latching better but sometimes still crying and refuses when milk come out. She has no or less burp now after feeding.

Her weight is at -2SD which is at a concern level. She only earns 500g from previous month. I went to seek advise from paediatric, and I started her with grow fat recipe by add 0.5- 1ml of MCT oil in each feed, Appeton multivitamin with lysine drop 0.5ml each day and 1 capsule of probiotic. The weight stil growing slow and ear around 100g per week only after introduced this regime. I add on woodwards gripewater 5ml daily at week 19 because seem like the result is not so good. After fed her gripewater, her baby sister can feed her 150ml 3 hourly instead of seperate the feeding to 40ml at 2.5hour and 100ml at 3hourly.
I feed her every morning before I go to work because I want to take the chance of drowning feed. She can drinks 60 to 80ml in 10minutes time.

She can sleep throughout the night. Since her weight is too low, I decided to feed her at the mid night whatever time I wake up to pump milk. She can't drink much, average 60- 80ml with sleeping condition.
She sleep more casual and open hands position. Sometimes, her hands put aside or side position.
She can moving around when she sleep now. She turned over and head raised up when she cried for something. She will cry and refuse if we force her to drink milk when is is sleepy. She doesn't wake up for milk at night but sometimes she sucks her finger at night. She sucks her finger to get soothing herself after cry.
She is better to go to sleep at night after we off the light at night and sleep early like us at night 1030pm. This month she sleeps in the middle of our bed with us because we stay at my mother-in- law house and she has no bed there.

Valerie is very curious to her surrounding now. She likes to see around and even distract herself while latching and turn around to her surrounding voices. She wants to hug all the time and up right position. She will cry if we left her alone there.
She will open her arms when mummy want to hug her from others. She still likes to smile when you smile to her.

She likes to see what other doing now. She looks at the food when her mom is eating in front of her. She will eat whatever her toys, clothes, books and teether. I guess it's time for her to get ready to her eat but we decided to withold until she is 6 month.

Playing time:
She starts to have interest in her toys. She can hold and play her toys now. She tried herself very hard to move around when put her in bed but will cry if she failed to do so.

For Mommy:
Mommy milk supply has dropped a lot. Maybe because I let her latch at night 10pm without pumping and empty it.
