Cranberry cookies 蔓越莓曲奇饼干




【Ingredients】 A:Chocolate chip( sugar-coating)(20cookies) 60g Unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 20g egg yolk 95g Cake flour 20g Almond flour *50g Chocolate chip *15g granulated sugar B:Dried cranberries 60g Unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 20g egg yolk 95g Cake flour 20g Almond flour *35g Dried cranberries  C:Cocoa Oreo 60g Unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 20g egg yolk 80g Cake flour 20g Almond flour *15g cocoa powder *35g Oreo D:Blueberry apple 60g Unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 20g egg yolk 85g Cake flour 20g Almond flour *5g Blueberry powder *5g Purple Yam Powder *50g Dry apple 【Directions】 ①In a bowl, butter and sugar and mix well. ②Add egg yolk and mix. ③Sift in cake flour,Almond flour, mix. ④Add Chocolate chip and mix. ⑤Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. ⑥Shape dough into 4cm(1.6inch) logs. ⑦Wrap in plastic wrap and cool in the freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. ⑧Slice the dough into 7mm (0.3 inch) thick. ⑨ Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. ⑩Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for 15 minutes. ⑪Cool the cookies on the baking sheet or a wire rack.
