Different Wedding Experience at Santorini

My actual traditional wedding is coming up, I am so stress and busy recently. Wedding is a headache stuffs. It  involves two families and the couple. Things will get complicated and harder if both family members or your partner have different expectation and not giving you full support to involve in the preparation work. Traditional wedding need even more and complicated preparation works. The event seem like very simple but the detail and every single thing will make you go crazy. I think not every couple can handle with it unless the couple is a good event organizer and have plenty of free time.

We are both busy at work couple. We do not like complicated stuffs or want a big event and end up too stress, quarrel, busy to prepare and arrange for the dinner at restaurant. Eventually, the couple have to pay for the unnecessary super costly event and also tired. Why not the wedding is just tailored make for couple, only the couple and let the couple enjoy it! Thus, the wedding planner business come in to help hectic lifestyle couple nowadays.

It will be more perfect if the couple can have their destination dream wedding and leave all the planning to a wedding planner. The wedding is only mean for the couple and the couple can enjoy the process of the ceremony. No long, tire and headache preparation works, no uncle aunt, no far connection uncle aunt to invite, no friends, but only two of you. The world is belong to two of you. The sky and the sea witness true love between two of you. Enjoy the precious time that only you and your lover. How wonderful it is right. So, we decided to have our wedding ceremony at Santorini at Aegean Sea or called 'Love Sea' in mandarin. A place that is full of romance  and love for couples.

Wedding at Santorini is perfect. No need any preparation works ahead. We just pack our luggage with our wedding gown and wedding band then depart to our destination. Everything has been arranged by our wedding planner. We really like it because we are too busy and has no time to prepare and arrange for our wedding stuffs. It saves a lot of energy and time, we really can enjoy during the ceremony and the holiday.

We met our wedding planner, Ms Betty from Memoires Abroad at KL last December. She has a perfect and friendly Greek partner Ms Amie to prepare everything for us. The wedding package include everything: 5 star accommodation, local Greek food, Athen and Santorini tour, luxury semi-private cruise at Aegean Sea, wedding ceremony (venue and Mayer),  wedding gown for bride, make-up, hair-do, photography, album, videography, hand bouquet, wedding cake, MOET champagne and wedding dinner on wedding day. This is an actual ceremony in Greece. The Mayer held the ceremony. We are given the married certificate and we are officially married in Malaysia too. At the same time we have honeymoon at this beautiful romance love place. Nothing to worry at all. Never think that wedding can be so relax, easy and wonderful with your lover. We make this happened!

Wedding ceremony at Dana Villas

I understand that it is hard for older people to accept without any ceremony at home. So, we still going to have our traditional gate crash ceremony in May at Malaysia, but it will be a very small yet simple dinner for relatives to fulfill our parents request.  I believe newer generation will love to have simple destination wedding ceremony like this which is mean for the couple and only two of them. I believe this destination wedding for couple only will become more and more popular and replace the old traditional wedding dinner at restaurant which is so costly and headache.
