Breastfeeding mom always get troublesome when go outside or travel or back to work. Mom needs to pump out milk or baby needs to latch every 3 to 4 hours. My little angel, Victoria is on full bottle feed with breast milk. At this point of time, I have get used to my daily breastfeeding routine and practiced hand free breast pumping now. We decided to bring Victoria to travel with us to Kuala Lumpur at week 7. This is a 3 days 2 night short trip and needs to take 4 hours drive. At most places or shopping mall in Malaysia,  there are lack of feeding support or feeding room. So, breast milk pumping in public is my first challenge and I have to practice it to save more time when travel. Being a breastfeeding mom, I should not get shy. I tried to pump breast milk in public at Coffee Bean a week before we travel. I look natural and nobody looks weird on me. People would not notice you when your breast milk pumping is in process. They will just ignore you if they see you. :) I stil con

Being a new mom, the first thing every mom have to learn is breastfeeding. However,  not every mother success to breastfeed their baby and breastfeeding journey always not easy. For a new mom like me, after an exhausted gave birth to a newborn, the next thing is breastfeeding. My baby was admitted to hospital and I have no chance to have direct breastfeed her. I produced a 20cc colostrum on day 5 after one day using breast pump stimulation on nipples and breast massage by massages lady. I was so happy to get my colostrum and brought to hospital for my baby. After my baby getting better on day 5, I have my first direct contact with my tiny baby, and of course I have to learn how to breastfeed. She is a good baby. She latched 45min non-stop but I am not sure how much milk I supplied to her. The next to worry for every mom is the breast milk supply is not enough for her baby. My breast milk was so little and I can only pump out 20cc to 40cc evey 3 hours while my baby was taking 60cc
