150g cake flour 200g plain flour 20g sugar (less sweet) 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1tsp instant yeast 100ml water 1 whole egg 30g butter 1. Mix all cake flour, plain flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and instant yeast together at mixing bowl. 2. Then add in water and egg, beat until become a dough.  3. Add in butter and mix together with high speed. 4. Put some flour on working table, take out the dough and fold over for few time and then leave it for 30minutes or until become doubled in size. 5. Cut into 12 small pieces and shape into a small ball with a hole in the centre and leave it become doubled in size. 6. Fried the dough until golden in colour then coated with sugar.
