Kingsley 1-2 months

 For Baby:

Grow:
Kingsley weight is 5.1kg and length 56cm

Feeding:
I have extra frozen milk since week 2 after 1 day admission for jaundice and i pumped and keep milk for 2 days.  When I let Kingsley latched on it,  I will use suction cup to collect the milk on the other side. He is not good in latching, always got sound when latching. He cried every around 1.5-2.5 hours and i will let him latch and each feed about 15 to 30 minutes. He was breast feed on one side and bottle feed from the milk collected on the other side (around 40-60 ml) when he latched. He received mix feeding with direct latching and bottle feed throughout the day. He is very easy to burp. He can burn in seconds when i putting him upright or holding him at sitting position immediately after feeding without needing to tapping him. 

Mid night feed usually take up to 30 minutes to 1 hours. 

Night time:
Kingsley cries every evening when mommy is busy with the dinner and shower time. He stop crying only after mommy is done showering and let him latch or bottle feed. He has very difficult to go into sleep at night. He needs to latch for a very long time only can sleep since his first month. He cried immediately after i stopped him latch even though I let him latch at the sleeping position on the bed, He usually take about 1 hours to get into sleep after we dim down the light and all his sisters and brother had slept. 

He cried when he visited his sisters and brother bed at the bed time. 

He has no fix time to wake up at night. Basically he can sleep for 4 hours. He used to slept at 11 pm and make some noise (no cry) at around 3am to 4am. He latched on one side and bottle feed (around 50-60ml) for the milk collected from other side. He will poo also during the night feed. He can finish the bottle milk very fast and making some noise from the bottle when sucking. He burp every easily right after the bottle feed when i holding him in a sitting position. They are few nights he can wake up at 4am to 5am and next round woke up usually at around 8am. 

Development:
Kingsley like to eat and look at his finger. He can turn to the side and also move his body to location at 45 degrees. 

He can raise his head high when tummy down but he cried everytime I put him tummy down,

He awake almost at day time, sleep for few minutes (around 30 minuts) and cry again. Mummy can't sleep in the afternoon as he keeps waking up. At time, mummy have to let him latch in the sleeping position. 

He is happy when taking bath. However, he cried when he is naked when helping him to change clothes. He needs to hold clothes near to his neck and mouth then only he stopped crying. 

He has more awake time but is sleepy  most of the time. 

He likes to sit upright, he will stop crying when let him sit and lay on the sofa (the connection hold between 2 sofas). 

Playing time:
Baby Kingsley has his first trip to Midvalley Kuala Lumpur at week 5. He has a good sleep and no cry during the journey but he got blocked nose for almost 3 weeks after came back from KL given him some saline nose spray and also medication spray but doesn't help. Mommy also got running nose after 1 week he got block nose. He got well immediately after the ghost month over 🫣

He is calm when in his car seat. He sleeps only for the first 2 days when i fetching his sisters and brother from the school. After that, he is awake throughout the journey and not crying. 

He started to looking at the television and h and phone screens. 

Mommy brought him to the prayer at week 6. He is good but started to cried after about 1 hour.

For Mommy:
Mommy get used to the routine. 

Mommy weight go down to 67kg (loss 11 kg from before deliver ly weight) and continued to drop about 500g per week.
